Cancellation Policy

We pack and dispatch orders quickly, but if you've changed your mind we will do everything we can to accommodate a cancellation or change before your parcel leaves the studio.
Before your order ships
- Email hello@jarrahtable.com as soon as possible with your order number and the change you'd like to make.
- If your order has not yet been packed, we'll cancel it and refund you in full to the original payment method within 5 business days.
- If your order has already been packed but not collected, we may be able to cancel and refund the product cost (shipping label fees may apply).
After your order ships
Once a parcel has been collected by the carrier we are unable to cancel it. You can refuse the delivery or return the parcel to us under our Refund & Returns Policy within 30 days of delivery.
Custom and made-to-order pieces
Custom or made-to-order items can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. After 24 hours, work has typically begun and a 30% deposit becomes non-refundable to cover materials and studio time.
Cancellations by Jarrah Table
On rare occasions we may need to cancel an order — for example if an item is unexpectedly out of stock or if there's a pricing or product description error. In these cases we'll contact you straight away and refund you in full.
