Shipping Policy

All orders ship from our studio at 67 Araluen Street, Kedron QLD 4031. We currently ship within Australia only.
Processing time
Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment, Monday to Friday excluding public holidays. Orders placed after 12:00pm AEST on a Friday ship the following Monday.
Delivery time & rates
- Standard shipping (Australia-wide): 3–10 business days. Flat rate $12.95 AUD.
- Express shipping: 1–4 business days to most metro areas. Flat rate $19.95 AUD.
- Free standard shipping on Australian orders over $150 AUD.
Estimates are based on Australia Post and StarTrack guidance. Remote, regional and WA/NT addresses can take toward the longer end of the range.
Tracking
You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your parcel is collected. If you haven't received a tracking email within 2 business days of ordering, please check your spam folder, then get in touch.
Lost, delayed or damaged parcels
If your parcel hasn't arrived within the expected window, please contact us at hello@jarrahtable.com with your order number. We will lodge an enquiry with the carrier and keep you updated. Damage in transit is covered — please email photos within 7 days of delivery and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.
International shipping
We do not currently ship outside Australia. If you'd like to enquire about a custom international quote for a specific piece, please email the studio.
