We collect personal information that you provide to us directly, including:

Your name, email address, phone number and shipping address;
Order details and purchase history (we do not store your full credit card number — see section 4);
Communications you send us (email, contact form messages);
Technical information automatically collected when you visit jarrahtable.com, such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed and referring URL.

2. How we use your information

We use your personal information to:

Process and fulfil your orders and send order updates;
Respond to your enquiries and provide customer support;
Improve our products, website and customer experience;
Comply with our legal and tax obligations;
Send you marketing emails — only where you have opted in. You can unsubscribe at any time.

3. Disclosure to third parties

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with trusted service providers who help us run the business, including:

Stripe — to process payments securely;
Australia Post and StarTrack — to deliver your order;
Email and website infrastructure providers;
Government agencies, where required by Australian law.

Some providers may store data outside Australia (for example, in the United States). Where this happens we take reasonable steps to ensure they handle your data consistently with the APPs.

4. Payment security

Payments are processed by Stripe over an encrypted (TLS) connection. Your full card number is sent directly to Stripe and is never stored on our servers.

5. Cookies

We use a small number of essential cookies to operate the website (for example, to remember the contents of your cart). You can disable cookies in your browser, though some site features may not work as expected.

6. Data retention

We retain order and customer records for at least 7 years to comply with Australian tax law. Marketing data is retained until you unsubscribe.

7. Accessing or correcting your information

You can request access to, or correction of, the personal information we hold about you by emailing hello@jarrahtable.com. We will respond within 30 days.

8. Complaints

If you believe we have breached the APPs, please contact us first at hello@jarrahtable.com and we will respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
