Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of jarrahtable.com and any purchase you make from Jarrah Table (ABN 85 065 489 527). By placing an order you agree to these terms.

1. About us

Jarrah Table is a homewares business operating from 67 Araluen Street, Kedron QLD 4031, Australia. You can contact us at hello@jarrahtable.com or +61 468 093 961.

2. Orders and pricing

• All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.
• Placing an order is an offer to purchase. We accept your order when we send the order confirmation email; until then no contract exists.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order, including for pricing or product description errors, or where we suspect fraudulent activity. Where we cancel an order already paid for, you will receive a full refund.

3. Payment

Payment is processed securely by Stripe. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express. Funds are debited at the time of order.

4. Shipping, returns and cancellations

Delivery, returns and cancellations are governed by our Shipping Policy, Refund & Returns Policy and Cancellation Policy, which form part of these terms.

5. Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. Nothing in these terms is intended to limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

6. Handmade variation

Many of our products are made by hand from natural materials. Slight variations in grain, colour, glaze and weave are part of the nature of the work and are not faults.

7. Intellectual property

All content on jarrahtable.com — including photographs, copy, logos and product designs — is owned by or licensed to Jarrah Table and may not be reproduced without our written permission.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, and without limiting your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, our liability to you for any claim arising out of these terms is limited to the amount you paid for the goods in question.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any dispute will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.

10. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always available at jarrahtable.com/terms.
