Refund & Returns Policy

At Jarrah Table we want you to love what you buy. If something isn't right, you can return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. This policy operates in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Eligibility

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging.
  • You must contact us within 30 days of receiving your order to start the return.
  • Custom or made-to-order pieces, sale items, and gift cards cannot be returned for change of mind.

How to return an item

  1. Email hello@jarrahtable.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return.
  2. We'll reply within one business day with return instructions and the studio address.
  3. Pack the item securely and ship it via a tracked service.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process the refund within 5 business days to the original payment method. Bank processing times may add a further 3–5 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable for change-of-mind returns. Return postage is the customer's responsibility.

Faulty or damaged items

If your item arrives damaged or develops a fault, please email us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We'll cover return shipping and either replace the item, repair it, or refund you in full — your choice, in line with the Australian Consumer Law.
