Refund & Returns Policy

At Jarrah Table we want you to love what you buy. If something isn't right, you can return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. This policy operates in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Eligibility
- Items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging.
- You must contact us within 30 days of receiving your order to start the return.
- Custom or made-to-order pieces, sale items, and gift cards cannot be returned for change of mind.
How to return an item
- Email hello@jarrahtable.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return.
- We'll reply within one business day with return instructions and the studio address.
- Pack the item securely and ship it via a tracked service.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process the refund within 5 business days to the original payment method. Bank processing times may add a further 3–5 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable for change-of-mind returns. Return postage is the customer's responsibility.
Faulty or damaged items
If your item arrives damaged or develops a fault, please email us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We'll cover return shipping and either replace the item, repair it, or refund you in full — your choice, in line with the Australian Consumer Law.
